Tremendously good IEMs and a piece of advice for some people complaining

To the one I read said one of the sides stopped working: it may sound absurd that I ask this, but trust me, people is absurd a lot of times. Have you cleaned them properly every now and then?
The filters are designed to let sound pass through them in the different tunings, so, you have to keep them clean and tidy, otherwise, a little crystalized ear wax o them will ruin them, will sound less and less, eventually not making sound, and you'd need to get new filters.
They are really good piece of hardware, specially for the price.

It doesn’t work as it should, I can only hear from one ear and not from the other left side.

Good sound quality, bad choice for PC use

So after a decent research (not thorough enough apparently) I decided to buy these to replace my pc logitech headset. Little did I know that the cable on the IEM's is not fit for pc use, because I had to buy a Y audio splitter cable for it to even work both the headphones and the microphone at the same time. The length of the IEM's cable is nowhere near 120cm that is advertised, so I can't even use them on the pc because the splitter has to be connected to the back of the pc case, leaving me absolutely no way to wear them in front of the monitor, since the cable only goes around the pc case and not much more. So basically tomorrow I will try and buy a TRRS audio extender 3.5mm cable to (hopefully) be able to connect it from the Y splitter to the IEM's and use them on my pc. The sound quality is pretty decent but the amount of work and extra costs it is making me have has made me deeply regret the decision of this purchase.
