Returns and Exchanges
30-Day Free Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Usage: It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.
- Packaging: The product should be in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Approval: Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package.
- Shipping: Send the item back using the provided shipping label. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or special order products.
- Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price.
- Gift cards.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Warranty
90-Day Exclusive Warranty
All our products come with a 90-Day Exclusive Warranty against manufacturing defects, ensuring that any issues arising from the manufacturing process will be addressed promptly. This warranty does not cover:
- Misuse: Damage caused by improper use, such as forcing the volume to high levels.
- Accidental Damage: Issues like bad contact in the cable or physical damage.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Regular usage that leads to natural degradation over time.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations made to the product outside of authorized repairs.
How to Claim Your Warranty
- Inspect Upon Receipt: Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.
- Report Defects: If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@kzmusicstore.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
- Evaluation: We will evaluate the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed, which may include sending the product back for repair or replacement.
Exclusions from Warranty
- Damage from Misuse: Defects resulting from misuse, such as forcing the device to operate at high volumes, are not covered.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Any repairs performed by unauthorized personnel void the warranty.
EU Right of Withdrawal
For customers located in the European Union, this policy applies in addition to our standard Returns and Exchanges policy and does not limit any statutory consumer rights available under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, without giving any reason. To make this process clear and accessible, KZ Music Store provides an online withdrawal function that can be used directly on our website without requiring account login.
To submit an EU withdrawal request, you may use our online withdrawal form and provide your name, email address, and order or contract number. After the request is submitted and confirmed, we will send an automatic confirmation to the email address provided.
If the order has already been shipped or is still in transit, the product must first be delivered and then returned to us before the refund can be completed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide valid proof that the goods have been sent back to us, whichever occurs first.
Unless we provide a prepaid return label or otherwise agree to cover the return shipping cost, the direct cost of returning the goods may be the customer's responsibility, depending on the customer's location and the available return method. If the item is defective or was sent incorrectly, return shipping will be handled according to applicable consumer protection rules and our support team's instructions.
Returned items must be sent back in substantially the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging and accessories whenever possible. Customers may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process any eligible refund to the original payment method. Refund timing may also depend on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
