I love the sound and the price! The shape is also very good. I have one small improvement, but it's a small one: a slider around the wires that ensures the cables sit snugly against the back of your head.
To say that the KZ AS16 PRO X are good, would be an understatement! How they squeeze 16 drivers into the earphones is something Harry Potter had a hand in I'm sure, however, I am glad they did. The quality and clarity of produce brings colour to the sound. There is no more fighting with the controller to hear what you want to hear, because there is room for everything, if that's what you want! I would highly recommend these in ear monitors, even to pro's.
Best pair of earbuds I've ever owned, I only had them for a short time because some guy blindsided me while I was sitting on my motorcycle, breaking the earbuds, fracturing my cheek bone and breaking my nose. Only had them for about a month but they were one of the few things I actually took good care of
Honestly, all the KZ brand IEMs should come with this cable from the start. The standard cable is rigid and annoying, and sits awkwardly around the ears.
This cable fixes all that, and brings everything to where it should be. Chord is a good length (I'm 6'4), it's soft and malleable, the loops for the ears much tighter, but soft enough to fit and sit perfectly.
I didn't notice a difference in sound quality, but I haven't tested for it. Sounded fine when I used it live.

I bought these head phones as a Christmas gift, so this review is about the store bc they haven't been used yet. I would buy from this site again. Transaction went smoothly, received product in a timely manner and had no problems what so ever.

Great quality cable
First time getting a pair of IEM's and they have been fantastic. I got them to use mainly on my 13 year old mp3 player and they have yet to disappoint. They fit my ears quite well but that is subjective. Having listened to several different pairs of dynamic open backs and planar magnetic headphones, these get seriously close in sound quality for so much less! Personally, I really do enjoy the mad base response and availability these IEM's provide (go try the THX theme if you get a pair) :).
