How Premium Shipping Works:

Orders with Premium Shipping are prioritized during processing, ensuring they are posted to the carrier ahead of standard orders.

Extended Warranty — Additional 3 Months of Coverage
Our Extended Warranty adds 3 extra months of protection to the standard store warranty already provided for your product.
Coverage Includes:

Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or military addresses.
Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing in Transit
If you suspect that your package is lost or missing in transit, please contact us via email or through the chat on our website. We will work with the shipping company to investigate the issue.
- Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as promptly as possible.
Returns and Refunds
6.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
KZ Music Store accepts returns due to a change of mind, provided the request is made within 30 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process a refund for the full value of the product.
6.2 Warranty Returns
KZ Music Store offers a 30-day warranty period. Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer must initially cover the return shipping cost, which will be reimbursed upon a successful warranty claim.
- Processing Time: Upon receipt of the product for a warranty claim, we will process the claim within 7 days.
