KZ Music Store Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-6 business days.

Once the order has been shipped and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code, allowing you to follow your package and view the remaining shipping time.

Please allow 2 to 6 days for the tracking information to be updated.

  1. Shipping Address Changes If you wish to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us via email and include your new shipping address. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

  2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.

Currently, we offer one shipping option:

  • Standard Shipping: FREE

Delivery times for the USA are 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. Please note that these delivery times may extend during busy periods, such as the lead-up to Christmas or Thanksgiving. Our shipping is international, direct from the official factory to your home.

  1. Shipping Restrictions Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders to PO Boxes or military addresses.

  2. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing in Transit If you suspect that your parcel is lost or missing in transit, please contact us via email. We will liaise with the shipping company to investigate.

If your package is confirmed missing, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra charge.

Should your package arrive damaged, contact us, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as promptly as possible.

  1. Returns and Refunds

    • 6.1 Return Due to Change of Mind KZ Music Store will gladly accept returns due to a change of mind provided the request is made within 30 days of receipt.

      The item must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.

      Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the returned item, a refund will be processed, and you will receive the full value of the product.

    • 6.2 Warranty Returns KZ Music Store offers a 90-day warranty period.

      Warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receipt.

      The customer must initially cover the return shipping cost, which will be reimbursed upon a successful warranty claim.

      Upon receipt of the product for warranty claim, we will process the claim within 7 days.
