Who can use this form?
EU customers can use this form to exercise the legal right of withdrawal for an eligible online purchase. This page does not limit any statutory consumer rights available under applicable EU law.
Do I need an account?
No. You can submit the request without logging in. Please provide your name, the email used for the order, and the order number so we can verify the purchase and send the confirmation.
How long do I have to submit a withdrawal request?
EU consumers generally have 14 days from the date the goods are received to exercise the right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases.
What if my order is still in transit?
You may submit the request, but the product must first be delivered and then returned. Eligible refunds may be completed after we receive the returned goods or valid proof that they were sent back.
Who pays for return shipping?
Depending on your location and the return method available, the direct cost of returning the goods may be the customer's responsibility, unless we provide a prepaid return label or applicable law requires otherwise.
When will I receive my refund?
After the returned item is received and inspected, any eligible refund is processed to the original payment method. Banks, card issuers, or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
