Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days. Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your package and view the estimated delivery time.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us via email or through the chat on our website with your new shipping details. Please note that once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

  2. Express Shipping + Exclusive Insurance: $9.00

    • Delivery times are up to 8 business days after dispatch.
    • Includes additional transport insurance and prioritized order processing.
    • Faster delivery times compared to standard shipping.
    • Provides peace of mind with extra coverage during transit.

Please note that all orders are shipped internationally directly from our official factory to your address.


Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or military addresses.


Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing in Transit

If you suspect that your package is lost or missing in transit, please contact us via email or through the chat on our website. We will work with the shipping company to investigate the issue.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as promptly as possible.

Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

KZ Music Store accepts returns due to a change of mind, provided the request is made within 30 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process a refund for the full value of the product.

6.2 Warranty Returns

KZ Music Store offers a 30-day warranty period. Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer must initially cover the return shipping cost, which will be reimbursed upon a successful warranty claim.
  • Processing Time: Upon receipt of the product for a warranty claim, we will process the claim within 7 days.
